The 20th tournament once again saw us visit Florida, U.S.A. where we played at Walt Disney World. The Golf Courses used were the ‘Magnolia’ and the ‘Palm’ courses. Both these course are used on the regular US PGA tour.

The Headquarters Hotel was the Dolphin Resort at Walt Disney World, which is about 30 minute drive out of Orlando. A welcome cocktail party was held at the Dolphin Resort on Sunday evening prior to the tournament.

There were 207 entrants from 13 Countries. Australia (23), Canada (3), England (12), Finland (1), France (2), Germany (7), Ireland (17), Japan (34), New Zealand (13), Sweden (14), Switzerland (1), Taiwan (8) and U.S.A. (75).

The tournament was played over 72 holes, 36 holes on each of the ‘Magnolia’ and ‘Palm’ courses.

The awards Banquet was held at the Dolphin Resort, Walt Disney World.

The World Champion was Jarrod Freeman, Australia

The Senior Champion was Kenichi Seta, Japan.

The Super Senior Champion was John Carter, U.S.A.

The Ladies Champion was Nerida Gregory, Australia.

The Doug Crosby World Cup was won by U.S.A.
